Basically to lose enough weight that you can be done in two ways: either by doing cardio or weight training. All of them has the function to burn energy as fat.

All this must be accompanied by a diet rich in vitamins and protein and no fat, because that is what we intend to lose .

I don't like the diets, but I'm swimmer and I have not problems with the weight.

I always advise to practice sports and eat healthy food.

Diets are mainly for people who do not care or who have serious health problems.

Playing sports is another way to lose weight for those people accompanied by a low-fat diet can enjoy life.
